Being active whilst having fun

Aerial fitness is truly a unique sport for your child. Our classes cover a range of aerial arts, so being bored will never be an issue!

Enhances social skills

Your child will listen and follow instructions, ask questions and make friends whilst at class.

Enhances motor planning skills

Aerial Fitness is a fun and challenging sport which requires good motor function. It will build your childs co-ordination, strength and flexibility.
